2. Owners Group


 

Join a group, or start a group

Avoid the logistics and governance hassles of administering ownership groups yourself, and let us do the heavy-lifting.

Buy as many shares of the Group as you wish. Pursuit sources and vets additional Group Owners, if needed.

Enjoy a discounted rate for recruiting friends and family to your Owners’ Group. Owners Groups that assemble themselves will get a 1% discount for each fractional share purchased as part of the group.

 
 
 
 

3. Rules


 

Rules everyone agrees to

Rules are what differentiate great clubs from the rest. Picking the right rules and enforcing them consistently can be a difficult task for friend and family groups to perform on their own.

Often informal groups forget rules or add rules later as a reaction to a bad actor, a loved one has to be the designated “bad guy”, or certain people get away with abusing the property.

Pursuit allows you to avoid all the drama by unemotionally helping you select and enforce the rules, ensuring the property doesn’t get abused, families and friends enjoy more harmony, and best industry practices can be employed.

 
 
 
 

4. Legal


 

Creation of property specific LLC

Post property-selection, Pursuit forms a property-specific LLC (Owners’ Club) and determines the number of shares (up to 10).

You’re provided the operating agreement and are given the opportunity to finalize the property protocols. 

 
 
 
 

5. Acquisition


 

You fund your portion into escrow

You fund your portion into escrow to secure your spot in the Owners’ Club.

Once all the fractional shares are funded into escrow and due diligence on the property is completed, Pursuit executes the acquisition of the property.

 
 
 
 

6. Ongoing Management


 

Pursuit is hired as your property manager

Pursuit is hired as your property manager, and serves for as long as the Owners’ Club renews Pursuit’s service agreement.

The Owners’ Club will own the property, employ the staff, and oversee the property management (Pursuit).

If properties need more housing or improvements, Pursuit is available to manage those projects for you.
